The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were impressed with the excellent room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar, provided enhanced comfort during our stay. The spacious sitting area and terrace added a touch of luxury to our experience. The in-room safe and soundproofed rooms ensured our privacy and tranquility. The complimentary toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. We also enjoyed watching television and listening to the am/fm alarm clock in our carpeted room. The dining restaurant and poolside snack bar offered delicious meals and refreshing beverages. We were pleased to find special diet menus available. The staff at the hotel were courteous and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was situated just a stone's throw away from a major railway station and a metro station, making it easy for me to get around. Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were able to give me great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the local area. Furthermore, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was offered, which made it easy for me to stay connected during my stay.

I was less impressed with the quality of the hotel room itself. It felt a bit outdated in terms of decor and furnishings, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, the breakfast buffet left something to be desired. The options were limited and the quality of the food was mediocre, at best. while the location and staff were great, the room and breakfast experience left something to be desired.

The hotel lacks good customer service. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and seemed to lack interest in meeting our needs. Among other things, the towel quality wasn't up to the mark and had a musty smell.
